October 29th Snow Storm!!!!!

So..there I was, all dolled up to go to a Roaring 20's themed Halloween Party and the power goes out! UGH!  I had to sit in the dark dressed as a flapper while Mikey drove to the next town over to get gas for the generator.  All the gas stations in our town were out.  As I sat there I thought to myself.."You really shouldn't have watched all those scary movies this week!"  I mean it's only a day away from Halloween!  Thank God for Bella or else I would've been a wreck!  Hours go by and I'm still dressed up.  Mikey makes the decision that we will not be going anywhere.  I was so bummed out.  We went to bed with an extra blanket because leaving the generator on overnight could be hazardous.  You know it's funny, Mikey and my Dad always said..."I am not turning the heat on until November 1st..I don't care how cold you are...put on a sweatshirt!"   Well they didn't expect a snowstorm in October..did they?  Mike left to go plowing at 2am leaving Bella and I in the dark.  We woke up this morning to this.............
